1. Our Commitment to Your Growth

 

At Confidently, our goal is simple — to help you move from Dream to Done.
We’re confident that our coaching programs, workshops, and masterclasses will provide immense value.

However, we understand that sometimes expectations or circumstances may differ. That’s why we’ve created a clear, fair, and transparent refund policy — rooted in respect and mutual accountability.

2. Digital Programs and Courses

 

For digital programs (including Dream to Done Programme, GPS Framework, and online courses):

We offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee within 14 days of your purchase.

To qualify:

  • You must have accessed and completed all the available modules or sessions.

  • You must submit a short written explanation describing what didn’t meet your expectations, so we can continue improving the program.

Once verified, we will process a full refund back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

No refunds will be issued after the 14-day period or if more than 50% of the course has been completed/downloaded.

3. Coaching Packages and One-on-One Sessions

 

Because personal coaching involves time, preparation, and scheduling, we kindly ask for the following:

  • Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours before the scheduled session for a full reschedule.

  • If you cancel less than 48 hours before the session, that session may be forfeited.

  • Refunds are not available for completed coaching sessions, but you may request to reschedule unused sessions within 30 days of purchase.

In special cases (such as illness, emergency, or life-changing events), please reach out — we handle these situations with understanding and care.

4. Events, Workshops, and Masterclasses

For live or in-person events (including Dream to Done Masterclasses, bootcamps, or workshops):

  • You may cancel up to 7 days before the event for a full refund.

  • Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable, but you may transfer your ticket to another person or apply it toward a future event.

If an event is postponed or cancelled by us, you will receive either a full refund or credit for the rescheduled event — your choice.

5. Digital Products and Downloads

Instant-access resources (such as eBooks, workbooks, or templates) are non-refundable once downloaded or accessed, due to the nature of digital content.

However, if you experience a technical issue preventing access, please contact us and we’ll ensure you receive your materials or a replacement.

6. How to Request a Refund

Our team will review your request within 3 business days and respond with next steps.

7. Exceptions and Fair Use

We reserve the right to deny refund requests that appear fraudulent, abusive, or made in bad faith (e.g., accessing all materials and then requesting a refund without engagement).

We believe in accountability — if you commit to the program and follow the process, transformation follows.
